All purchases of any Products by you from this website are subject to the Terms of Use and the ELIGLOW Privacy Policy.

Payment Terms

By creating an order on the Platform, you hereby agree that the information provided by the platform is an invitation to treat and is not in any shape or form to be an offer or binding contract.  You also agree that your order is an offer to purchase the products that are listed in your order.

All orders submitted are subject to acceptance by us. We are entitled to verify an order in advance at all times and/or refuse to accept an order without providing reasons and with no liability to you or any third parties .  If your order is not confirmed within ten (10) working days.  It is deemed to have been refused.

In the event of an order not being accepted by us, we shall be entitled to cancel your order and we will issue a refund for the order in accordance with our Refund Policy.

An order is considered accepted by us, when the order has been shipped to the delivery address prepared by you.  To view any information regarding your order or order status please refer to the Order section within the Platform.  If your order consists of more than one item, the products may be delivered to you in separate packages at separate times.

The prices showcased on the platform are listed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) and do not include taxes and delivery fee.  Delivery fees will be charged where applicable and will be included in the order total upon checkout.  Prices or shipping are subject to change effective immediately upon posting of such price changes to the platform.

The prices of the products will be as specified at all times on our platform, except in the case of an obvious error.  While we diligently strive to guarantee the accuracy of the prices showcased on the platform, there is a possibility of encountering errors.  Should we identify a price discrepancy for any of the products in your order, we will promptly inform you and offer the choice to proceed with your order at the accurate price.  If we are unable to contact you, your order may be cancelled and a refund will be issued in accordance with our refund policy.

Delivery Terms

The products displayed throughout ELIGLOW can be ordered and delivered within Malaysia & Singapore only.

Limitation of Responsibility and Liability

Any and all products listed on ELIGLOW are provided without any guarantee, condition or warranties towards its accuracy.  Therefore to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ELIGLOW shall not be liable for any damages including but not limited to any direct, indirect, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, or damages for loss of use, profits, data or other intangibles, damage to goodwill or reputation, or the cost of procurement of substitute goods and services, arising out of or related to the use, inability to use, performance or failures of this ELIGLOW and any materials posted thereon, irrespective of whether such damages were foreseeable.

Within these Terms of Use, you acknowledge and agree that your only right with respect to any problems or dissatisfaction with the services provided by ELIGLOW is to request to terminate your account and/or discontinue any use of this website.

Waiver

Neglecting to insist on or enforce strict adherence to any provision of these Terms of Use shall not be interpreted as relinquishing any provision or right.

Reservation of Rights

ELIGLOW reserves the right to modify, discontinue or disable the platform or any part of it at any time, either on a permanent or temporary basis.

Governing Laws

These Terms of Service shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.  Both we and you hereby agree to submit to the jurisdictions of the Courts of Malaysia.

Refunds and Returns

Only items purchased on the ELIGLOW website are returned to eliglow.com for exchange.  Items purchased in a specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.

All products sold are not refundable and returnable.

ELIGLOW will provide you with an exchange for cases below.

1. Should the item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, or,
2. Should the item be incorrectly sent.

In all cases, please follow the steps above.

1. Take a photo of your consignment note, the parcel and the relevant product(s).
2. Send the photos to our customer service within 2 days of the delivery date.
3. We shall do our best to process it within a maximum of 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays).
4. For wrongly sent item(s), the product must be in unopened condition and you may be requested to send back the products to us.
