Below are some of are common questions:
Only items purchased on the ELIGLOW website are returned to eliglow.com for exchange. Items purchased in a specialty retailer or elsewhere must be returned to their original point of purchase.
All products sold are not refundable and returnable.
ELIGLOW will provide you with an exchange for cases below.
- Should the item be damaged while it is being shipped to you by us, or,
- Should the item be incorrectly sent.
In all cases, please follow the steps above.
- Take a photo of your consignment note, the parcel and the relevant product(s).
- Send the photos to our customer service within 2 days of the delivery date.
- We shall do our best to process it within a maximum of 5 working days (Monday-Friday excluding public holidays).
- For wrongly sent item(s), the product must be in unopened condition and you may be requested to send back the products to us.
Please email our Customer Service at cs.eliglow@gmail.com and include the following details in your enquiry:
- Your name, and,
- Your mobile number, and
- Order Number, and,
- Name of the item(s), and,
- Reason for exchange, and,
- Photo of the relevant product(s).
Unfortunately, once you have successfully placed an order, we are unable to make any further changes, such as upgrading the shipping method or adjusting quantities for your purchase. ELIGLOW is not liable for replacements or refunds for parcels that have been delivered to incorrect addresses provided. We always suggest reviewing your bag and shipping details before you proceed to checkout
At this moment, ELIGLOW only provides delivery services to West Malaysia and East Malaysia.
We are happy to offer Standard Delivery option.
It will take five (5) to seven (7) working days to delivery within Malaysia.
West Malaysia Delivery Fees:
- For orders below RM150*, there is a delivery fees of RM8 will be charged.
- Free delivery for orders RM150* and above.
* Limited time only: RM150 shipping threshold.
East Malaysia Delivery Fees:
- Delivery fees will be charged according to the weight of the parcel.
Term and conditions of the delivery:
- Delivery times are based on orders placed before 12pm MYT.
- Delivery may take additional time during sale periods, holidays and unforeseen. circumstances such as extreme weather events.
- Delivery is only available on weekdays (excluding Malaysia Public Holidays).
Shopping with ELIGLOW is easy.
- Log on to eliglow.com.
- To add items to your cart, click on 'Add to Bag' with your desired quantity.
- To review your items, click on the 'Bag' icon located at the upper right corner of the page.
- If you have an applicable 'Promo Code', enter it and click on ‘Apply’. Changes will take effect once you have successfully entered the code.
When you're ready to place your order:
- Click on ‘Secure Checkout’ and your order summary will appear for your review.
- Fill in your preferred Shipping Address and Payment Option, then click on ‘Place Order’ to proceed with the payment.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you have successfully placed your order.
